Description: This course serves as a prerequisite for the MBA program for those who have not previously taken accounting and/or need a review of prior accounting courses taken. This one-hour course is an overview of the financial accounting and reporting system, including basic transaction analysis, financial statement preparation, with emphasis on developing basic accounting literacy skills. Does not count toward the 36 hours required for the MBA degree.
