Description: This course introduces students to fundamentals of managerial accounting to support planning, implementing, and controlling an organization's objectives. The course explores the following topics: job-order, process, and activity-based costing, CVP analysis, budgeting, standard costing, performance measurement in decentralized organizations, differential analysis, transfer pricing, and financial statement analysis.
Prerequisite: ACCT 670, or undergraduate waivers for ACCT 280 and ACCT 281, or successful completion of an approved test.
