ARTS 407 - Intermediate Interdisciplinary Studio (3:0:7).
Description: Intermediate Interdisciplinary Studio will build upon skills and concepts learned in Introduction to Interdisciplinary Studio. This course explores the technical, historical, and theoretical aspects of interdisciplinary art and its relevance in contemporary visual and performing art practices. This studio addresses the fact that contemporary art practice is often located between or beyond traditional disciplines, and encourages students to combine and move between these disciplines. Prerequisite: ARTS 307: Introduction to Interdisciplinary Studio. Notes: Offered in fall and spring. Course may be repeated for a total of 6 credits. Lab fee: $50.
