Private and public sector employment law with emphasis on labor relations, employment discrimination and current trends in the public policy of regulation of the employment relationship. Prerequisites: Grade of C- or better in MGMT 322 or graduate standing. All MGMT courses have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0 and a C- or better in HMXP 102.
