This course provides an overview of entrepreneurship. Students evaluate companies using the business model to explain how the components of the venture work together to create profit. They differentiate between ideas and opportunities and do a self-assessment to determine their own strengths and weaknesses. Entrepreneurs and business professionals will interact with student to provide an entrepreneurial perspective on life.

Prerequisite(s): All ENTR courses have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0 and a C- or better in HMXP 102.
