Description: This course helps students understand what is fraud, how prevalent it is, how it is committed, and the forensic techniques that can be used to help prevent and detect fraud.
Prerequisite: C- or better in ACCT 280 and ACCT 281. All ACCT courses numbered above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.00 and a grade of C- or better in HMXP 102; or graduate status.
Notes: Offered fall, spring, and summer.
