Description: This course introduces students to the theory and application of linear and non-linear modeling to social science problems. The focus of this class will be to provide students with the theoretical and practical skills necessary to conduct their own empirical research. Students will learn a variety of advanced statistical techniques to conduct data analyses using R and RStudio.
Prerequisite: PLSC 350 OR MATH 141 OR SOCL 316 OR ECON 306 OR PSYC 301 OR QMTH 205 OR permission of Instructor OR graduate status.
