Description: Examination of professional selling and relationship marketing in business-to-business and business-to-consumer context with an emphasis on personal, persuasive communication skill development and application. Includes an introduction to the analysis of database techniques in managing customer relationships to assist in marketing decision making, efficient utilization of resources, and increasing return on investment.
Prerequisites: MKTG 380 with a grade of C- or better. All MKTG courses above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.00 and a grade of C- or better in HMXP 102.
