Description: This course is an introduction to the talent acquisition processes within organizations. Recruitment, selection, and compensation and benefits as it relates to talent acquisition, are covered in this course.
Prerequisite: Grade of C- or better in MGMT 322 or permission of instructor. All MGMT courses above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0 and a C- or better in HMXP 102.
