Description: This course offers an overview of the crusades and the interaction among Mediterranean cultures (Roman Christian, Islamic, Byzantine, and Judaic, to name a few) that began in the eleventh-century and peaked in the thirteenth.
Prerequisite: Prerequisite for all 300 and 500 level courses in History: Sophomore status or permission of the Department Chair.
