Description: Review the current management approaches to optimize care for individuals in special and/or vulnerable populations both in the acute and long-term care settings. Students will be introduced to the organization, utilization, and management of facilities serving these special populations.
Notes: Offered in fall.
Prerequisite: HCMT 200 (may be taken as a corequisite). All HCMT courses numbered above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.00 and a grade of C- or better in HMXP 102.
