Description: Students will gain practical experience working with youth, adult, and senior clients. In addition, students will apply theory learned in class, performing fitness assessments, developing individualized exercise programs, and supervising exercise sessions.
Notes: Lab Fee: $25. Offered in fall and spring.
Prerequisites: EXSC 385, EXSC 480, EXSC 511, PESH 201 or proof of valid CPR, Cumulative GPA of 2.5.
