Description: This course is designed to prepare students for the National Strength and Conditioning Certification examination. Students will be planning and implementing weight training and conditioning programs based on individual assessments. In addition, students will be reviewing current techniques, theories, and practices of conditioning and strength training for various sports.
Notes: Offered in fall, spring, occasional summer.
Prerequisites: PESH 102, minimum Junior status, C- or higher EXSC 384, 2.5 overall GPA.
