DIFD 141H - Introduction to Web Application and Digital Information Design (4:3:2)
Description: This course introduces the concepts of web application and digital information design. Web application design concepts include web site design using languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. While server-side programming will be discussed, the emphasis will be on the client-side. Programming concepts include loops and arrays. Digital information design concepts include the inter-connectivity between interactive design, mass communication, digital commerce, and web development. Students will produce a site that requires developing and managing more than one page. Notes: Offered in spring and fall.
