CSDV 620 - Clinical Psychopathology in Counseling (3).
Description: This course emphasizes an integrated biopsychosocialcultural model in understanding the etiology of psychopathology and clinical disorders. There will be an emphasis on increasing student understanding of clinical issues and current research related to arrests in development and maladaptive behavior with an emphasis on personality disorders. Studies include a review of contemporary diagnostic systems, research, theory, and counseling interventions. Notes: Lab Fee: $50. Offered periodically. Prerequisites: CSDV admission or permission of the instructor.
