DIFD major or DIFD minor or permission of the DIFD Department and C- or better in HMXP 102 Description: Theories and perspectives for analyzing the role of digital media and information technologies in digital communities. Examines contemporary social, cultural, political, and economic topics relating to the adoption of digital media and the Internet, including media literacy, effects and culture.
Prerequisite: DIFD major or DIFD minor or permission of the DIFD Department and C- or better in HMXP 102 and a 2.0 GPA.
