Description: This graduate level course will examine more in-depth the metabolic pathways and regulation of metabolism of the macronutrients: Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat. Prerequisite: NUTR 521 or permission from graduate director or department chair. Notes: Offered in fall, spring, and summer.
