Description: Physiological and biochemical bases of nutrient utilization and energy metabolism. Notes: Lab Fee: $15. Offered in fall and spring. Prerequisites: BIOL 213/214 or BIOL 308 (grade of C- or higher); and NUTR 421 (grade of C- or higher).
