Description: Part II of the SEA-PHAGE project. Bioinformatics techniques are used to annotate the sequenced genomes from the virus(es) isolated during the pre-requisite BIOL 270 course ("Phage Discovery"). Offered in the Spring.
Prerequisite: SEA-PHAGES Discovery Lab (BIOL 270) and Principles in Cell and Molecular Biology (BIOL 220) with a C or better in both courses.
