ARTS 572 - Fashion Photography (Medium-Format) (3:1:6).
Description: This course combines creative photography techniques used in the fashion industry with the financial aspects of making a living as a working photographer. Projects are designed to imitate assignments a studio photographer would typically receive, stressing individual creative solutions for a project, working to a deadline and staying within a client's budget. Students must own a medium-format camera with flash synchronization capability. Notes: Offered in fall. Lab Fee: $95. Prerequisites: ARTS 474. All ARTS (3:7) numbered above 375 have a prerequisite of junior status and the successful completion of the specialization portfolio review or permission of the Chair of the Department of Fine Arts.
