Description: Advanced Interdisciplinary Studio will build upon skills and concepts learned in Intermediate Interdisciplinary Studio and will encourage students to explore the ways in which transdisciplinary methods fit into their creative practice. This course explores the technical, historical, and theoretical aspects of interdisciplinary art and its relevance in contemporary visual and performing art practices.
Prerequisite: ARTS 407: Intermediate Interdisciplinary Studio or enrollment in MFA in Studio Art.
Notes: Offered in fall and spring. Course may be repeated for a total of 9 credit hours. Lab fee: $50.
