Description: This course will provide students a chance to focus on one of the most powerful Asian countries in the world in terms of its place in present day politics. Students will learn how China deals with its own policies as a Communist country and how it deals with the rest of the world. Notes: Offered alternate years. Prerequisites: PLSC 205 or 207 or graduate status or permission of instructor.
