PHED 621 - Skill and Fitness Based Competency (3).
Description: This course is designed to assist teacher candidates in achieving competence in motor skill performance for a variety of physical activities and movement patterns. In addition, teacher candidates are taught how to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of fitness and must demonstrate competency in this area as well. Notes: Offered in fall, spring and summer.
