Description: Review of current literature in the area of nutrition and dietetics. Prerequisite: NUTR 421 or equivalent and NUTR 607 or EDUC 640 or equivalent. Notes: Offered variable times. Only three semester hours of credit may be applied to the MS degree in human nutrition.
