NUTR 590E - Clinical Lactation Practicum (5:0:5). |
Description: 500 clinical hours supervised by an IBCLC in hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings. Hours can be arranged by the Department of Human Nutrition [Rock Hill locations only] or can be arranged by the student [Rock Hill locations OR home locations during summer/winter breaks].
Notes: Offered fall, spring, and summer. Student cannot receive credit for more than 5 credit hours in the 590 lactation practicum.
Prerequisite: NUTR 536.
