Description: An advanced laboratory course in modern biochemical protein techniques. The work centers on the production and characterization of recombinant proteins using a variety of modern bioanalytical techniques, including spectroscopy, immunology, chromatography, mass spectrometry and computer modeling.

Prerequisites: C or better in each of the following: CHEM302, CHEM304, CHEM523, CHEM525.
