BIOL 271 - SEA-PHAGE Bioinformatics
Description: Part II of the SEA-PHAGE project. Bioinformatics techniques are used to annotate the sequenced genomes from the virus(es) isolated during the pre-requisite BIOL 203R course ("Phage Discovery"). Offered in the Spring. Course may not be used to satisfy Areas A or B of the biology curriculum. Prerequisite: BIOL 203R Principles of Biology Laboratory-Phage Discovery Research and BIOL 204 Principles of Biology (with a C or better in both courses).
