Description: Existing and emerging problems related to nutrition with an emphasis on a specific developing nation. Will explore the interrelatedness of agriculture, culture, food production, and nutrition and health for a specific developing nation. Participation in Global Service Learning trip during the semester or immediately after the semester.
Notes: Offered in spring. Students are responsible for fees associated with international travel including passports, visas, immunizations, etc.
Prerequisites: NUTR 428 or equivalent, graduate status.
