Description: Assessment of specific nutritional needs of intercollegiate and recreational athletes.
Notes: Offered in fall, spring, and summer.
Prerequisites: NUTR 221 (a grade of C- or higher) and BIOL 308 (a grade of C- or higher). All NUTR courses numbered above 499 have a prerequisite of Junior status or permission of the Department Chair.
