Description: This course introduces object-oriented programming technologies for the Web with a focus on the server side. Object-oriented technologies will be taught to develop highly interactive and dynamic web applications. Topics include the object-oriented web programming environment, techniques and methods, development tools, database server and data access, session and security control, web application configuration and deployment. A term project is required to use the learned skills to develop an object-oriented online database-driven web site.

Prerequisites: CSCI 241 or CSCI 297.
