Description: Philosophical and pedagogical principles of Zoltan Kodaly's approach to teaching music, emphasis on grades 4-6. Major subject areas include solfege and musicianship training, pedagogy, folksong analysis, conducting, choir, dulcimer and folkdance. The second unit in a three-level, three-summer certification program in Kodaly Concept.
Prerequisites: MUST 634.
