Description: The course focuses on using financial statements in valuation. Students will learn the development of valuation models including asset-based valuation models. The course employs valuation models for purposes of valuing companies, for making individual and corporate investment decisions, and for evaluating and directing management.
Notes: Offered in fall, spring and summer.
Prerequisites: ACCT 306 or ACCT 654; and FINC 655.
