Description: The course is designed to prepare students to use the most up-to-date methods and procedures in the teaching of social studies in the elementary school.
Notes: Offered in fall and spring.
Prerequisites: EDUC 250 & Admission to Teacher Education. A grade of C or higher must be earned in each content course (15 hours): PLSC 201 or ECON 103, GEOG 101, HIST 211 or 212 or 308, SOCL 201 and ANTH 201.
