Description: Introduction to theory and methods used in studying biological and materials science-specimens by scanning and/or transmission electron microscopy.
Notes: Lab Fee: $50. Offered every even year in spring.
Prerequisites: BIOL 204, 205, 206 and 300; CHEM 106 and 108, and CHEM 301, 302, 304 or CHEM 310 and 311. A grade of C or better in BIOL 300 is required to enroll in all Biology courses numbered above 300 (except BIOL 303, 304, 307, 308, 323, 461, and 463).
