Description: A continued exploration of concepts and technique considering personal direction with emphases on technical proficiency and intentful design. Students will focus on the production, documentation and presentation of their work. Coursework includes documentation of personal development in sketchbooks, visual research, finished works and active course participation.
Notes: Lab Fee: $100. Offered in fall and spring.
Prerequisites: ARTS 456 or permission of chair, Department of Fine Arts. All ARTS (3:7) numbered above 375 have a prerequisite of junior status and the successful completion of the specialization portfolio review or permission of the Chair of the Department of Fine Arts.
