Description: Cardio Kick is a trendy, upbeat cardiovascular training that combines martial arts and "Boot Camp" techniques. The class will begin with a focus on the use of STEPS then will add the Martial Arts elements, ending with high intensity "Boot Camp" plyometrics system. No prior experience necessary.
Notes: Lab Fee: $20. Offered in fall and spring.
