DIFD 211 - Communication Theory and the Internet (3). |
This course will examine the Internet in the context of the evolution of the media. Audience analysis and information gathering will be emphasized. Communication Theory will be applied to the development and execution of simple news and marketing communication messages.
Notes: Offered in spring.
Prerequisites: CSCI 151 or the combination of CSCI 101, CSCI 101A, and CSCI 101P; and a C- or better in HMXP 102.
